Job Title: Grant Management Specialist

The role of the Donor Processing Coordinator plays a multifunctional part, covering aspects of donor processing, quality assurance, communications, and office duties as assigned.

Delivers exceptional customer service to members/donors through various communication channels. Responds to inquiries, complaints, and concerns regarding administration and compliance requirements in a timely manner.

Coordinates with headquarters, operations teams on entry, quality control queues, and recognition processing. Promotes the development of initiatives through diverse communication methods.

  • Processes donation and recognition information via data entry. Assembles donation-related documentation and links it with payment data. Conducts quality assurance on India donation data entry, ensuring data integrity by generating reports, reviewing entries, and conducting research in various databases. Coordinates with other departments to process donations and related functions as assigned.
  • Resolves donor processing issues by clarifying member/donor concerns, determining causes, and selecting/relay solutions. Utilizes resources to research and respond to issues.
  • Communicates effectively with members, leaders, and staff/departments, and vendors to resolve concerns within set turn-around times.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely submission of monitoring reports, including vendor reports.
  • Engages in research and analysis of charitable organizations to maintain awareness of industry best practices.
  • Ensures legal, financial compliance, and audit requirements are met. Executes service requests for ad-hoc reports as directed.
