Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of relevant internship experience in recruitment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • The ability to gauge behavioural aspects and assess cultural fitment, ensuring successful candidate placements.
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan and manage work efficiently, communicating effectively with teams.
  • A people-oriented and results-driven approach, driving performance and achieving targets.
  • Competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
