**Job Title:** Senior Staff Engineer

**Job Description**
  • 10+ years of total experience.
  • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap with a strong emphasis on modern technologies, leveraging React, Express, and other tools to drive business success.
  • Exceptional experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on JavaScript, React JS, and other cutting-edge technologies.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with expertise in modern frameworks like Vue.
  • Experience with databases like MongoDB, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and proficiency in data management and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture (MSA), GraphQL, Webpack, Roll-up, Vite, Parcel, Snowpack, and other advanced tools.
  • Hands-on experience in unit testing, ensuring high-quality code and robust applications.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services like AWS and Azure.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Circle CI, Octopus, Gitlab CI, Bamboo, and Azure DevOps, driving continuous improvement and delivery.
  • Proficiency in Vue ecosystem, including Vue Router, Vuex/Pinia, and Composition API, for efficient and scalable application development.
  • Familiarity with modern build tools like Webpack, Vite, and NPM, streamlining development workflows.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git, facilitating collaboration and agile development.
  • Collaborate with team members to define project requirements, priorities, and timelines, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and deliver creative solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams and driving business results through technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and review high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Understand client business use cases and technical requirements, translating them into technical designs that meet business needs.
  • Map decisions to requirements, ensuring accurate translation and implementation.
  • Identify and evaluate different solutions, selecting the best option that meets client requirements.
  • Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during project implementation.
  • Write and review design documents explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for developers.
  • Review architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., ensuring adherence to relevant best practices.
  • Develop and design the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it.
  • Apply technology integration scenarios and apply these learnings in projects, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Resolve issues raised during code/review through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, justifying the decision taken.
  • Carry out POCs to ensure suggested design/technologies meet requirements.
