Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Architect with 6-10 years of experience to take a leadership role in the design and development of high-profile commercial and hotel projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large, complex projects, leading design teams, and engaging with clients to create visionary architectural solutions. You will be responsible for guiding all phases of project deliveryfrom concept design to construction administration—ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design process from concept development to project completion for commercial and hotel ventures
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and present design proposals, including 2D and 3D visualizations, to clients and stakeholders
  • Prepare and oversee the production of detailed construction documents
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and project teams
  • Conduct site visits and oversee construction administration to ensure quality and adherence to design intent
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
  • Stay current with design trends, building materials, technologies, and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • 6–10 years of professional experience in architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles, aiming to incorporate eco-friendly elements into projects
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
  • Experience with managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes
  • LEED or other sustainability certifications are a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
