Are you a seasoned analytics expert seeking to apply your skills in machine learning and data science?

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Data Scientist to join our team.

The successful candidate will design, build, and deploy machine learning models for segmentation, predictive analytics, prospect identification, targeting, personalization, churn prediction & retention, campaign performance, and other business use cases.

  • Data Model Development:
  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning models using Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Contribute to building models for various use cases, including revenue management and customer 360-degree views.
  • Apply statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to generate insights and communicate effectively to business stakeholders.
  • Translate model insights into actionable marketing strategies that enhance ROI and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize models into platforms and workflows.

Deep Quality Assurance (QA) Model Validation

  • Validate existing models applying end-to-end QA checks before sign-off.
  • Evaluate data ingestion, schema integrity, feature engineering, and label quality for business alignment.
  • Document all findings, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support development of dashboards and reports to track validation progress, outcomes, and risks.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in data science, model validation, and applied machine learning.
  • Proven expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks.
  • Familiarity with big data platforms and cloud ecosystems.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex insights to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience leading junior data scientists.
