HSE Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned HSE Professional to spearhead our organization's health, safety, and environmental initiatives. As Head HSE, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a robust HSE strategy that encompasses risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
2. Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
3. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate hazards.
4. Analyze incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
5. Design and deliver HSE training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
6. Track and report on key HSE performance indicators.
7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through audits, inspections, and benchmarking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the metal & mining industry.
• Approved Safety officer as per Odisha Factory Act.
• Strong knowledge of Factory Act, Environmental guidelines, HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Experience in greenfield/brownfield expansion projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
