We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Smartsheet Consultant to join our team at Best Infosystems Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage complex project timelines and reporting structures using Smartsheet, Timeline Pro+, and Excel.
- Develop and implement best practice approaches for Smartsheet usage, including data organization and problem-solving skills.
- Train and support PMO team members on Smartsheet functionality, data entry, and system use.
- Leverage technical timeline and actionable data to disseminate insights into Smartsheet project and program management.
- Collaborate with the PMO Foods Team to deliver time-bound work assignments and identify areas for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Expert-level experience with Smartsheet, Timeline Pro+, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional data organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to rapidly learn new computer applications and navigate systems beyond current capabilities.
- Project management experience, with PMI certification ideal but not mandatory.
