The Opportunity
  • Pursue interior design excellence from concept to execution, interpreting client needs into functional spaces.
  • Develop comprehensive design strategies, encompassing space planning, material selection, and FF&E specifications.
  • Create 2D construction drawings, 3D models, and photorealistic renderings to present your vision.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and project managers.
  • Serve as primary design contact for clients, presenting ideas and gathering feedback.
Key Requirements
  • 5-7 years of professional experience, backed by a diverse and complex portfolio.
  • Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and rendering engines.
  • Exceptional skills in space planning, building codes, materials, and industry trends.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
