Business Management - GCIB
  • Purpose of Role:
  • Responsible for business management in Global Corporate & Investment Banking at MGS.

Main Responsibilities:

Strategic:
  • Support Head of GCIB in developing business strategy.
  • Take lead role for implementing global and/or regional initiative and business strategy.
Financial / KPI / KRI:
  • Monitor department's financial/KPI/KRI performance and assess against projected targets.
  • Support Head and Directors/Team Leads to achieve financial/KPI/KRI targets.
  • Responsible for tracking revenue and expense budget with Finance team.
  • Manage MIS and initiate periodical update/reporting.
Customer:
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders.
  • Work in partnership with overseas onshore branches and Head Office to develop strategies.
  • Provide support on an ad-hoc basis.
People:
  • Act as role model to team members.
  • Support, coach and guide junior team members.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in reporting and/or business management.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized and structured approach.
  • Capable of developing presentation materials.
