AI/ML Engineer Position

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of advanced AI and machine learning solutions.

About This Role:

This role involves designing, implementing, and deploying algorithms and models for machine learning model development, data pipelines, and model evaluation.

  • MACHINE LEARNING MODEL DEVELOPMENT:
    • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python.
    • Develop and deploy machine learning models that address real-world business challenges.
    • This includes data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
    • Collaborate with senior data scientists and developers to integrate machine learning algorithms into applications, train and test ML models, and manage required datasets.
  • DATAPILES:
    • Create and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and model training.
    • Write database queries using SQL to retrieve required data.
  • MODEL EVALUATION:
    • Assist in debugging, testing, and improving applications.
    • Rigorous testing and validation procedures to assess model performance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI/ML developing advanced solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, C++, or similar.
  • Proficiency in using machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Solid knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Experience in manufacturing and supply chain is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex cost data and identify cost drivers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
