AI/ML Engineer

You are expected to have a strong technical background in working with AI, machine learning, and deep learning technologies. A thorough understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts is desired, along with experience in building complex models for data extraction from documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop AI architecture and pipeline planning knowledge to understand workflow and pipeline architectures of ML and deep learning workloads.
  • Demonstrate expertise in data science and advanced analytics, including knowledge of tools like Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, as well as ML techniques such as neural networks and transformers.
  • Show hands-on experience with AWS AI services to build, train, and deploy machine learning models for various use cases.
  • Familiarize yourself with MLOps principles and exposure to AWS MLOps offerings.

Non-Technical Skills:

  • Wealth/Insurance domain knowledge is beneficial.
  • Exhibit thought leadership by promoting an AI-driven mindset within the organization.
  • Pose a realistic picture of AI limitations and risks to executives/product owners who provide overall digital thought leadership.
  • Cultivate a collaborative mindset to harmonize relationships among data scientists, engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
