Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Lead Auditor. As part of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments to ensure compliance with social and ethical standards.

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in social compliance auditing is preferred, with at least 200 audit days under your belt.
  • APSCA certification as a Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with international labor standards, human rights issues, and relevant certifications such as SA8000, RBA, BSCI, or Higg is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Ensure seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
