Lead Medical Coding Operations Manager

This role is a leadership position where the incumbent will oversee medical coding operations. The position requires full-time, on-site work with exceptional analytical and management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.
  • Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets for medical coding operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.
Required Skills:
  • Strong operations management and budgeting skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Effective team management and customer service skills.
  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • AAPC or AHIMA credentials are required.
Preferred Skills:
  • Minimum 15+ years' experience in medical coding industry mandatory.
  • Work location: Noida.
