We are seeking a skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal audit and regulatory compliance, with a focus on Anti-Money Laundering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive testing programs to identify and mitigate risks across various areas of laws.
  • Lead independent risk assessments and exhibit strong analytical skills to identify potential issues and classify them appropriately.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and management teams to ensure timely progress updates and issue alignment.
  • Train and mentor colleagues to upskill themselves with relevant knowledge and practices.
  • Collaborate with Compliance leadership to develop remediation plans and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Identify emerging regulatory risks and impending legislation that may impact the Compliance Monitoring Plan.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in internal audit or regulatory compliance, preferably with Anti-Money Laundering background.
  • Good academic qualification with experience in compliance or legal, with Anti-Money Laundering knowledge being an added advantage.
  • Chartered Accounts, CPA, CIA, ACAMS, MBA, or certifications in audit would be preferred.
