We're seeking a detail-driven Project Coordinator to spearhead network implementation, upgrade, and migration projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless project execution, maintaining robust organizational skills, and driving growth into senior delivery/project management roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight & Execution
  • Assist in planning and executing network implementation, upgrade, and migration projects, aligning with design and standards.
  • Track project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies using standard PM tools, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Support cut-over activities during switch/router replacements, upgrades, or data center migrations, maintaining business continuity.
  • Technical Collaboration
  • Work closely with network engineers to ensure tasks are delivered in line with design and standards, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Review network diagrams, change plans, and implementation schedules, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide L1/L2 technical assistance where required, leveraging CCNA knowledge, and escalating complex issues to senior engineers.
  • Governance & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate RAID logs, documenting critical project information and lessons learned.
  • Prepare comprehensive project status reports, dashboards, and client presentations, showcasing project progress and achievements.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL and Change Management processes during deployments, maintaining a culture of quality and excellence.
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal technical teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
  • Participate in project calls, documenting minutes of meetings and tracking follow-ups, maintaining a record of project discussions and decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in technology and project management.
  • Certification: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is mandatory, showcasing expertise in networking fundamentals.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in networking or IT project coordination, highlighting a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing protocols, and switch configurations, ensuring a solid grasp of networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems, streamlining project operations and improving efficiency.
  • Project Management:
  • Exposure to project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Jira, or Trello, enhancing project planning and execution capabilities.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills, ensuring effective collaboration and teamwork.
Preferred Skills
  • ITIL Foundation certification, showcasing a commitment to service management and quality.
  • Hands-on experience assisting in network cutovers or migrations, highlighting a hands-on approach to project delivery.
  • Experience working in multi-vendor/global environments, demonstrating cultural competence and adaptability.
