Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Corporate Partnerships Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding medium and large enterprises to offer our salary account services.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in corporate sales, salary accounts, or relationship management in banking/fintech. They will possess strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi, as well as the ability to build and manage CXO/HR-level relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and onboarding medium and large corporates for salary account partnerships
  • Driving end-to-end sales cycle from pitching Jupiter's offerings to corporates to signing agreements and employee onboarding
  • Conducting salary account activation drives and organizing on-ground corporate engagement camps
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with HR/finance decision-makers at corporates
  • Acting as the primary relationship owner for employees of partner corporates ensuring smooth resolution of queries/issues
  • Cross-selling financial products such as personal loans credit cards and investment offerings to salary account holders
  • Working closely with internal teams operations product and support to ensure superior customer experience
  • Achieving monthly targets for corporate onboarding account activations and cross-sell
Requirements

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred)
  • 1-7 years of experience in Corporate Sales Salary Accounts or Relationship Management in banking/fintech
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi
  • Proven ability to build and manage CXO/HR-level relationships
  • Ability to independently drive end-to-end sales closures
  • High ownership mindset with a solution-oriented approach
  • Comfortable with on-ground engagement activities
  • Familiarity with financial products such as salary accounts loans and credit cards
