Job Title: Oracle R12 EBS SCM ASCP Consultant

Job Description:

Expert in Supply Chain Optimization

This position involves leading the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle R12 SCM modules. Key areas of focus include inventory management, purchasing processes, order fulfillment, bills of material, and work-in-progress tracking.

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize supply chain processes such as demand planning, supply planning, and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide solutions to meet business needs.
  • Design and configure advanced supply chain planning (ASCP) plans using Oracle tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher.
  • Perform data migration, integration, and validation activities for Oracle SCM modules.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle SCM and ASCP modules.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in all deliverables.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle R12 SCM modules, with a strong focus on ASCP.
  • In-depth knowledge of SCM modules such as inventory management, purchasing processes, order fulfillment, bills of material, and work-in-progress tracking.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ASCP plans for demand and supply chain optimization.
  • Proficiency in Oracle development tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and integration capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or Oracle Fusion SCM is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Planning Command Center (APCC).
  • Certification in Oracle SCM modules.
