Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle E-Business Suite finance professional to support the ongoing operations of our Oracle EBS 12.2.3 platform. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of both functional and technical aspects of Oracle Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS Finance modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, EBTax, Vertex, OneSource, and Cash Management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and defects across levels 2 and 3 within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical incidents.

• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support guides.

• Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and follow change control processes.

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure accurate issue tracking and timely resolution.

• Work with ServiceNow for incident and change management.

• Provide support during peak periods, such as Finance Close and Cyber 6.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 6 years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance, with expertise in both functional and technical aspects.

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Finance modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, EBTax, Vertex, OneSource, and Cash Management.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
