About this role:

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Rebat Consultant. This individual will be responsible for designing and configuring Vistex modules for complex pricing, rebates, incentives, and chargebacks within SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration: Develop and implement Vistex solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Business Process Expertise: Stay up-to-date on Vistex best practices for managing rebate programs, agreements, contracts, and claims.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Vistex solutions with other SAP modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Finance.
  • Client Interaction & Guidance: Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and provide best practice guidance.
  • Documentation & Testing: Create detailed blueprints, design specifications, and manage the testing cycle, including unit tests and defect management.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Debug and troubleshoot technical issues within the Vistex solution.
  • Training: Deliver end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of the Vistex solution.

Required Skills & Experience

Vistex Proficiency: In-depth experience with Vistex configurations and processes, including composite models for vendor and customer rebates.

SAP SD Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) configuration and an understanding of its integration with Vistex.

Business Understanding: Solid grasp of rebate, incentive, chargeback, and billback processes from a business perspective.

Technical Skills: Ability to perform configuration, and possibly minor developments or debugging, including understanding of SAP backend tables.

Bonus Points:

Knowledge of related technologies, such as ERP systems and data analytics platforms, would be advantageous in this role.

Certifications:

A certification in SAP or Vistex would be a valuable asset in this position.
