Senior Backend Developer

We are looking for a seasoned senior backend developer to lead our software development efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing robust and scalable web applications using Java/JEE technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create complex backend systems using Spring Frameworks (IOC, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Integration, Spring Security etc.)
  • Design and implement Docker, CI/CD, and Kubernetes strategies for efficient deployment and management of applications.
  • Become proficient in messaging systems (JMS/WebSphere MQ/Kafka) and Restful web services, ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.
  • Develop solutions that incorporate solution design patterns, anti-pattern awareness, and performance tuning techniques to optimize system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement microservices architecture.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Java/JEE application development
  • Expertise in Spring Frameworks and Microservices Architecture
  • Proficiency in Docker, CI/CD, and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with messaging systems (JMS/WebSphere MQ/Kafka)
  • Strong understanding of solution design patterns and performance optimization techniques
