About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced
Software Technical Lead
with strong expertise in
NestJS
and

to lead a team of developers in building scalable, high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for architectural decisions, technical mentorship, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using
    NestJS
    (backend) and

    (frontend).
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features.
  • Make architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, testable, and maintainable code.
  • Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues across full-stack components.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the development process.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of full-stack development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or senior developer role.
  • Strong proficiency in

  • Solid experience with

    , and modern front-end technologies.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, containerization, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Excellent understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and testing practices (unit, integration, e2e).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with serverless architecture or edge computing.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform).
  • Contributions to open-source projects or tech community involvement.
