E-commerce Strategist

Description:

As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for driving online sales and growth through effective strategy development and implementation. This role requires strong analytical skills to monitor and report on e-commerce performance metrics such as traffic, conversions, and sales.

  • E-commerce Strategy & Sales Growth: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to boost online sales and optimize website usability.
  • Platform Management: Manage product listings, inventory, and online promotions to ensure up-to-date pricing and availability.
  • User Experience & Conversion Optimization: Analyze customer behavior to enhance website usability and improve conversion rates.
  • Digital Marketing & Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize digital campaigns, including paid advertising.
  • Customer Service & Order Management: Oversee customer inquiries, returns, and order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
  • Trend Monitoring & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
