Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on experience in Workday integration development is crucial to success.
  • Fair understanding of Workday core concepts is required for this role.
  • Strong understanding of business objects and identifying relationships between PBO and RBO, as well as usage of Calc Fields is necessary for the position.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with integrations, calc fields, security, migrations, EIB, Core Connector Worker, Core Connector Benefit, Workday Studio, Navigations, Search, Security, Reports, etc. is essential for delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Preferred candidate with experience using Workday Extend has an advantage.
  • Good coding, testing, implementing, debugging, and documentation skills are mandatory for this role.
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience with XSLT is beneficial for technical implementation.
  • Good understanding of ISU, ISSG, Integration Scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting is necessary for ensuring system reliability.
  • Ability to communicate and articulate technical information effectively is crucial.
  • High reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly understand complex operating environments are required for success.
  • Ability to work in a diverse multi-national and multi-vendor environment is expected.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for collaboration and teamwork.
