About Us:

We are a global financial institution with a presence in over 40 markets worldwide. Our team offers a wide range of commercial and investment banking products and services to businesses, governments, and individuals globally.

This role is part of our Business Process Management team, responsible for developing and executing internal learning programs. This position will positively impact the department by collaborating with management, product managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver technical training programs on key systems and tools, product launches, new hire onboarding, and ongoing learning needs.
  • Design and facilitate training experiences using scalable solutions and quantifiable metrics to measure program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to create curricula for our internal LMS called LEAP.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience plus 2-3 years of instructional design skills.
  • Excellent facilitation skills and ability to quickly troubleshoot technical issues are essential.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through are critical.
