We are seeking a high-performing Operations Manager to lead our production support operations in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams, ensuring high availability of applications, and effectively resolving complex issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the production support team to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high uptime of business-critical applications.
  • Implement best practices for incident management, problem management, and change control.
  • Coordinate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members and junior staff.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to production support processes and procedures.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on support issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10-16 years of experience in production support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
  • Proficient in SQL for database troubleshooting and querying.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing team dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
