Responsibilities
  • Create user guides, release notes, and onboarding training content that meets our high standards.
  • Collaborate with software architects, engineers, and developers to gather technical information and translate it into engaging documentation.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration by actively participating in peer reviews and incorporating feedback from external reviewers.
  • Support the software development workflow by participating in retrospective meetings and demonstrations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in writing technical documents.
  • Strong interest in technology and the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent written communication and editing skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and ask insightful questions.
