Senior Product Development Manager

Job Description:
As a key member of the product management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and market share for complex products. This role involves conducting thorough market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data insights to inform business decisions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and threats
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to bring new products to market
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform product development
- Liaise with advertising and promotions specialists to design effective sales campaigns
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in product management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering)
- Postgraduate degree preferred
