Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) plays a pivotal role in shaping business strategies. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing Operating Plans based on business metrics driving costs.
  • Develop fixed costs budgeting and planning in collaboration with Business Heads and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Timely and accurately report business transactions related to fixed costs, including provisions, unit economics, and month-to-month trend analysis.
  • Support the General Ledger (GL) team in preparing monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports by ensuring timely book closure and sharing relevant schedules for Employee costs and Other Technology costs & reconciliations.
  • Review overall Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for different business segments, identify key movements in critical costs, and highlight them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Review reports and reconciliations prepared by finance executives and share data for Segment reporting with internal finance team members.
  • Collaborate with Business Teams for cost negotiation data inputs and Legal Teams to review agreements with external business partners.
