Job Title: Digital Transformation Content Specialist

 

  • About the Role:
  • The main objective of this position is to develop high-quality training content for digital transformation and cybersecurity programs.
  • You will be responsible for creating comprehensive training materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.
  • Your task will also involve reviewing content created by team members and freelance developers, ensuring it meets the required standards.
  • You will collaborate with graphic designers to format content in required templates.
  • An important part of your job will be to coordinate meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for internal and freelance trainers.
  • You will facilitate client support activities through proper communication of issues to relevant parties within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create training programs on complex technical topics, including digital transformation, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
  • Develop assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Translate technical information into clear, concise, and engaging training materials.
  • Maintain and update the repository of all created content.
  • Update the Learning Management System (LMS) with new content.
  • Review content created by others and provide feedback.
  • Support the design and creation of B2B client proposals and training outlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications in areas like CompTIA Security+, CRISC, CISSP, CEH, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AZ-900, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing high-quality training programs.
  • Excellent presentation skills, written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
