Treasury Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to lead our financial operations.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and banking, with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a similar role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Funding Management: Reviewing funding needs and monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management
  • Hedging and Funding Activities: Analyzing and performing appropriate hedging and funding activities (Forex, swaps, loans, deposits, etc.)
  • Cash and Liquidity Management: Cash flow planning and forecasting
  • Treasury Operations: Managing treasury operations and controls (cash pooling/sweeping, forex hedging, etc.)
  • Working Capital Management: Managing working capital to optimize returns
  • Banking Relationships: Managing banking relationships to secure favorable terms
  • Treasury Projects: Driving treasury-specific projects/initiatives across the region
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: CA qualification or MBA in Finance
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Accounting Knowledge: Sound understanding of accounting principles
  • Technical Skills: Good MS office skills including presentation skills
  • Language Skills: Good communication and writing skills in English
