  • Collaborate on creative assets: Ensure polished and compelling communications.
  • Set up, segment, and target campaigns: Use platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, or HubSpot.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows: Drip campaigns, welcome series, re-engagement, etc.
  • Conduct A/B testing: Subject lines, creatives, and send times to maximize open and click-through rates.
  • Ensure deliverability and compliance: CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and optimal list health.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics: Opens, CTR, conversions, ROI, and recommend optimizations.
  • Support WordPress landing page creation: Align with email campaigns for seamless user experience and conversions.
  • Stay current with email marketing trends and best practices:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (desired).
  • Proven experience in email marketing and newsletter management.
  • Proficiency with email tools such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar ESPs.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with attention to brand voice.

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
