Estimation Manager

As a seasoned Estimation Manager, you will lead the estimation process for our residential luxury villa projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate Cost: Conduct thorough cost estimations for new projects, taking into account factors such as labor costs, materials, and equipment.
  • Manage Budgets: Collaborate with project teams to develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely completion and staying within allocated funds.
  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee quality control procedures to guarantee compliance with established standards and specifications throughout the real estate development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in Estimation and Budgeting within Real Estate
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, processes, and audits
  • Proven track record in managing project billing, preparing contracts, and handling amendments and change orders
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address quality, billing, and contractual issues
  • Familiarity with relevant software such as SAP or other ERP systems for effective billing and cost management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
