Job Title: MIS Executive

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining data accuracy and completeness from all sources.

  1. Responsibilities:
  • Collect daily data from production, quality, dispatch SCM departments and ensure data accuracy and completeness from all sources.
  • Prepare Daily Production Report (DPR), Rejection Report, and Dispatch Summary.
  • Track FG inventory, daily dispatches, and pending orders and coordinate with the dispatch team for daily loading plans.
  • Assist in documenting GRNs, inward/outward material flow, and vendor follow-up reports.
  • Maintain department-wise registers, documents, and logs (online or offline) and ensure timely backup of all records and reports.
  • Highlight variances in production vs. plan, quality rejections, and delivery delays.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in Advance Excel and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
