Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Data Analyst & Data Analytics Trainer with 4 years of professional experience in the data analytics domain. This hybrid role involves not only analyzing complex data to support strategic business decisions but also delivering structured, hands-on training sessions to students and working professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, deep knowledge of data tools, and the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to learners of varying levels.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analyst Responsibilities:


• Analyze and interpret complex data sets using statistical techniques


• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations


• Build data models and predictive analytics solutions


• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth


• Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights


• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data sets

Trainer Responsibilities:


• Design and deliver training sessions in:


• Excel for Data Analysis


• SQL and Databases


• Python for Data Science


• Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau)


• Statistical Analysis and Machine Learning Basics


• Prepare course content, assignments, real-world projects, and assessments


• Conduct live sessions, practical labs, and one-on-one mentoring


• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback


• Stay up to date with industry trends and upgrade curriculum accordingly**
