Building Information Modeling Leadership

The ideal candidate will oversee the organization's Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy, implementation, and management across multiple projects.

  • Develop, implement, and manage BIM execution plans, protocols, and standards.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of BIM professionals and coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams.
  • Oversee BIM project delivery for infrastructure, buildings, and industrial projects.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international BIM standards.
  • Integrate BIM with project management, design, cost estimation, and construction workflows.
  • Manage BIM software platforms and coordinate with IT for upgrades and support.
  • Conduct quality assurance/quality control checks on BIM models and outputs.
  • Drive innovation in digital engineering, including automation, computational design, and digital twins.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and support to BIM coordinators, modelers, and project teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors regarding BIM implementation and project execution.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in BIM, with at least 12 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in BIM platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and related digital tools.
  • Experience in handling large-scale infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of BIM standards, LOD specifications, and coordination processes.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in digital transformation and emerging technologies is an added advantage.
