At the heart of every successful marketing campaign lies a well-planned strategy.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive real results. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and goals.

  • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that meet business objectives
  • Develop and execute cross-channel (digital, social, email, and offline) marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with design, content, sales, and product teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand and compliant with internal and external regulations
  • Analyze campaign performance, track results, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing tools and strategies
Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing tools
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Marketing Automation platforms
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Skills

A plus if you have experience working with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc. Familiarity with SEO/SEM and social media advertising is also a bonus.
