Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products meet set standards and specifications, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and conducting regular quality checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and quality metrics.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for production teams.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on good manufacturing practices and quality control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth production operations.
- Implement and maintain effective quality control measures to minimize defects and waste.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or manufacturing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production role, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
