Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to join our data team.

This role involves driving strategic insights through the development of robust data models, dashboards, and analytics solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable and impactful data solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in BI, data engineering, or analytics roles
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one modern BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
  • Experience with data modeling techniques (e.g., star/snowflake schema, Kimball methodology)
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Kestra, Prefect)
  • Strong analytical thinking and business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in cloud data ecosystems such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Databricks
