Job Description

As a seasoned IT professional, you will oversee all aspects of network and cyber security delivery. This includes ensuring customer needs are met through effective resource planning and cost estimation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations by overseeing a team of 350+ professionals to deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop, implement, and improve strategy in alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of services to meet client expectations.
  • Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance metrics and implementing changes as needed.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Continuously monitor market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with other leads and the global team to share best practices and ensure consistency.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to foster continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Several years in the IT industry, preferably in network or cyber security, with leadership or management experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of network and ECS industry, including latest trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage performance, and develop talent.
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering high-quality service.
  • Operational Excellence: Knowledge of operational best practices, including process improvement, quality management, and performance metrics.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Experience managing change, implementing new processes, systems, or strategies, and leading teams through change.
  • Cultural Awareness: Understanding and respecting cultural differences is crucial in a global environment.
