Job Title: Senior Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to oversee the end-to-end delivery of .NET projects, ensuring they are executed with excellence in a SAFe Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in software development management and deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem. Strong technical talent acquisition, career growth, and retention within engineering teams is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning, estimation, and risk management, proactively addressing dependencies and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Drive technical talent acquisition, career growth, and retention within your teams.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and delivery practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Provide technical oversight and strategic guidance to teams across development, QA, and support.
  • Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to define project roadmaps and align on key priorities.
  • Mentor and manage high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

  • 14-19 years of progressive experience in the software industry.
  • A minimum of 4 years in a software development management role.
  • Strong expertise in .NET and related frameworks.
  • Proven experience in leading the delivery of large-scale software projects.
  • Extensive experience with project planning, estimation, and risk management.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, specifically SAFe.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • Recognized certifications in software development management and/or Agile methodologies.
