Structural Development Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and review structural drawings, BOQs, and technical documents, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in preparing project schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates while maintaining strict adherence to local regulations and building codes.
  • Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee site works, monitoring contractors and labor teams for timely completion, and checking material usage and workmanship.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures for construction materials, ensuring adherence to approved specifications.
  • Quantity & Cost Management: Prepare and verify material quantities for procurement, check contractor bills, and optimize material use for maximum efficiency.
  • Technical Communication: Communicate complex technical details to clients, serving as a liaison between the office design team and on-site execution team.
