Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training plans, roll-out strategies, and communication materials to ensure successful implementation of new processes.\
  • Plan and document requirements and standards definition for new processes to ensure they meet business needs.\
  • Serve as a change analyst to help teams transition smoothly to new ways of working.\
  • Drive strategy and analysis to identify current state and desired future state of focus areas or workstreams.\
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.\
  • At least 2 years of professional technical experience in technology roles, business analysis, or project management is needed.\
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for influencing without authority.\
