Orthopedic Portfolio Growth Specialist:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop high-potential markets for biologics.
  • Collaborate with key opinion leaders, clinical institutions, and research facilities to expand product reach.
  • Develop and implement product launch plans, evaluating performance and market trends.
  • Foster partnerships with distributors and channel partners, providing training and support for the sales team.
  • Balance marketing (50%) and sales (50%) activities to drive business results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, product management, or biologics.
  • Preference given to candidates from healthcare and medical devices backgrounds.
  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills required.
