As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination across personnel, processes, and partners to deliver exceptional results.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring end-to-end supply chain operations, guaranteeing efficient delivery of products to customers.
  • Liaising with sales teams, contract manufacturers, distributors, and customers to ensure mutual satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • You will plan and track shipments based on customer requirements, optimizing logistics and reducing costs.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Supply Chain Management: You will oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, contract manufacturers, distributors, and customers, to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Logistics and Planning: You will plan and track shipments based on customer requirements, optimizing logistics and reducing costs.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in supply chain or customer service, with a strong understanding of operational excellence.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in data analysis and presentation creation.
  • Familiarity with inventory planning, warehouse management, and purchase order (PO) processes, with the ability to analyze and improve existing systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address potential problems before they occur.
  • MBA in Operations preferred, but not required. Prior experience in hardware distribution or contract manufacturing is a strong plus.
