Job Description:

The role of a Trainer for Counseling and Student Empowerment involves driving our mission forward by designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to aspiring and professional counselors. This includes equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively use our unique tools and methodology, including the DEM Scan Report and the Cognitive Diversity Atlas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training curriculum for counselors focusing on the application of the DEM Scan Report in student guidance.
  • Conduct engaging workshops and training sessions (both in-person and virtual) to educate counselors on our unique blend of modern science and spiritual insights.
  • Provide practical training on how to interpret and utilize the data from the Cognitive Diversity Atlas to offer culturally and regionally nuanced counseling.
  • Develop assessment methods to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and the competency of the counselors.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights for improving our training tools and methodologies.


For this role, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Trainer with proven experience in the fields of counseling, psychology, or education. A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field is highly preferred. Additionally, demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts and create engaging learning experiences is essential.
