Academic Counselor Role

We are seeking an Academic Counselor to provide guidance and support to prospective students navigating our academic programs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in EdTech sales or student counseling, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Student Counseling: Provide personalized guidance on course offerings, fees, curriculum, and prerequisites.
  • Admissions Assistance: Guide students through the admission process, including application submissions, interviews, and document verification.
  • Lead Follow-Up and Conversion: Follow up with potential leads and inquiries using lead conversion techniques.
  • Presentations & Online Counseling: Conduct engaging presentations, online counseling, and face-to-face meetings to explain the features and benefits of our courses.
  • Career Counseling: Provide career advice on job opportunities, certifications, and upskilling relevant to the analytics industry.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to drive enrollments and meet student intake targets.

Requirements
