Senior Life Sciences Solutions Architect

Our global IT services organization is seeking an experienced solution architect to lead the implementation of SAP lifesciences industry solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cross-functional application knowledge across order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, plan-to-stock, record-to-report, and acquire-to-retire processes in S/4HANA.
- Ensure good understanding of GMP regulations and provide guidance to businesses on the appropriate use of the SAP system.
- Design to-be business processes based on global templates and best practices, leading and assisting in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops.
- Stay updated on SAP advancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends within the life sciences sector, recommending enhancements to optimize SAP solutions and drive business value.
Requirements:
- 16-25 years of experience as a solution architect with strong experience in the life science domain and a strong project track record.
- 12+ years of life sciences industry experience.
- 15+ years of SAP implementation experience, including knowledge of life science and requirements such as validate environments, FDA CFR Part 11, batch traceability, electronic signature, lab information management systems (LIMS), sustainability, and SAP information collaboration hub.
- Vertical industry experience in life sciences, viz. med tech, pharma, biopharma.
- Core SAP S/4HANA and line-of-business solutions relevant to life sciences industry.
- Professional certifications – any relevant SAP certification or process validation professional (CPVP).
- Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong executive presence and ability to interact with CxO level.
- Experience from working with global environments and diverse cultures.
- Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required.
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
- Ability to articulate and present different points-of-view on various technologies.
- Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
- MUST be willing to travel extensively, up to 100%.
- A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the consulting services arena.
- Be a positive, pragmatic, and flexible individual.
- Experience with agile ways of working.
