Job Title: Creative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Creative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will play a vital role in supporting the design and production of our products.

  • Coordinate with designers to ensure timely completion of projects;
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records;
  • Assist in graphic design and visual merchandising tasks;
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of products.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of creative concepts and strategies;
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels;
  3. Provide administrative support for design and production projects;
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Design, Marketing or related field;
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
