
Real Estate Industry Growth Specialist

As a results-driven Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships within the real estate industry. Your strong experience in PropTech platforms such as 99acres, MagicBricks, NoBroker will be instrumental in developing tailored solutions for developers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to onboard real estate developers, brokers, channel partners, and corporate accounts.
- Generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, and networking within the real estate ecosystem.
- Present customized digital real estate solutions that align with client business goals.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to enhance sales pitches and engagement strategies.
- Ensure timely deal closures with strong follow-ups, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Monitor and report sales performance metrics (KPIs) to leadership.
- Stay updated on market trends, PropTech innovations, and competitor strategies.
- Minimum 2 years of business development experience, preferably in PropTech or Real Estate solutions.
- Proven track record with platforms like 99acres, MagicBricks, NoBroker.
- Strong real estate network and understanding of developer/channel partner business needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Target-driven with a history of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with high ownership.
- Strong problem-solving and consultative sales approach.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments.
