Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Oracle finance expert to join our team. As an Oracle Finance Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding client business processes and mapping them to Oracle EBS.

If gaps exist, you'll collaborate with the technical architect to suggest solutions. You'll also support users by resolving issues, managing feature backlogs, and ensuring timely resolution within agreed service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate or lead detailed requirement studies
  • Prepare as-is process documents and obtain client sign-off
  • Map requirements to application processes
  • Prepare to-be process documents and obtain client sign-off
  • Set up conference room pilot environments
  • Conduct testing, including conference room pilot testing, unit testing, and integration testing
  • Prepare standard operating procedure manuals
  • Test customizations, including forms, interfaces, and reports
  • Set up user acceptance testing environments
  • Assist users in UAT and resolve UAT issues
  • Set up production instances
  • Assist developers with data migration
  • Provide post-live support
Qualifications/Technical Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle finance modules, specifically R12, GL/AP/AR, FA, India GST, and EBTAX
  • Minimum two end-to-end implementations in R12
  • Strong accounting knowledge
  • Good experience in migrations
